Meditate π§π§♀️
Meditation is a powerful weapon to prepare ourselves for life. It gives us energy to face everything that we encounter in our life. Let's forget about things, the past and the re- births. We are not very certain about that. But the life that we are living presently belongs to us and only we can live it perfectly. That is true. The present, we should make it pleasant, enjoyable and also learn a lot. We should try to find beauty in all the creations around us and learn to appreciate them. We should make ourselves open to learn and gain knowledge. For all this we would need a calm and tranquil mindset. We should keep peace within ourselves so that we can seek peace outside. Meditation is one tool which helps to achieve this for us.
When we stay calm and relaxed our mind opens for lot of opportunities and would allow us to think in abundance. And when we think a lot it may lead to be hectic for us that lead to confusions. These confusions can also be avoided when we take up meditation because when we are calm we also become steady and focused so that we know to plan and categorise things accordingly. No human is without problems. Everyone of us in some way encounter something which may not be as we expected. This meditation does not only provide solution , it helps us to face the situation. That facing problems confidently is one way we rule the problem.
Leo Tolstoy, A Russian polymath, quotes that "Everyone thinks of changing the world but no one is thinking of changing himself". When I read this quote I was able to connect it with the topic that I wanted to write up today.
This may seem like advice, but my motive is to seek ways to empower myself and be a confident person who stays daring. Daily spending of 10 minutes to ourselves is what is much needed in the present progression of the world. That 10 minutes , remaining silent will make us realise what we are, what we are doing and is it good to progress the same way or should change the methods. And this silence will also help us to realise mistakes as well as time for self appreciation.
I wanted to talk about this because yesterday, December 21st is World Meditation Day.
#Happy meditation to all. Let's take 10 minutes for ourselves.
