Walking is a good and very nice habit. It's a good physical exercise for our body as it burns our calories and makes us fit and energetic. On one side it physically strengthens us and on the other hand it gives us mental peace. A kind of calm and relaxed mindset will be created when we take a walk. It's good to take a walk for at least a few minutes and that too especially in the morning as that's the time when Mr. Sun starts to shine brightly and calls us to receive its vitamin D which is very good for us. This morning rays is comparatively very much healthier to humans as it arises from the horizon and falls on us without any mixture of dust and smoke. I think the moonlight in the night clears all the smoke and that's why the Sun is able to distribute fresh sun rays. Nice that they help each other to help us. Nature always teaches us.
I like to walk and I am used to walking long distances. This habit I developed from my Daddy as we used to walk to places when it's not that long. If you take a deep look, actually walking is also an artistic factor. We get to experience a lot of things while walking. First we fix a pace to ourselves that sets how fast we walk. This speed will actually show the purpose of our destination. For instance, if we walk with straight posture and breathing at the correct pace it may mean that we are walking as a part of physical exercise. When we walk quickly with little heavy breathing it means that we are late to class. This is my interpretation.
When we walk our mind works in two ways. First , we consciously watch things around us, that is the traffic signal, the direction and the speed of the vehicles moving on the road so that we can walk carefully. Also we should watch the road and be aware because doggy and cow friends will be roaming happily around. Second, we think of something in our mind. Either, the fights that we performed in the morning for breakfast or about the concepts that we would have prepared for the class, maybe a nice music that we would have listened to, the previous day, or plan our day , and many more. Randomly we think of something and that sometimes gives us a new perspective too. We also would encounter people on the road and you can see a variety of actions being performed. The service team would ensure to clean the road and collect the garbage, aunties picking tomatoes carefully for cooking, uncles jogging, some getting ready to reach their workplace and importantly crows on trees and electric poles getting for their day. This we can experience when we walk alone. When we walk along with someone, along with these activities we also make sure to keep engaging in a conversation with the person who also walks with us.
Nice, beautiful and real things can be experienced when we walk.
