Be calm 😎

Life gives us a lot of twists and turns. Some may be what we expected and some may not be. Expected may turn out unexpected and the vice versa can happen too. Of course it shouldn't always be the expected one. Sometimes even unexpected might be great like meeting  new friends whom we never know would turn out to be our best we met. Life is adventurous. It takes us to a lot of journeys where we succeed in a few places and tend to learn in a few places.

I am a bit philosophical right! Yes I know I am. Today I came up with the word 'nonchalant' . A common word that we would have come across in many places. But this , to be honest, never stayed in my mind. I did come across this word and would have looked at the meaning for that moment. Today I again came across this word and when I asked chatgpt it said that 'a person who is calm, relaxed and unconcerned '. The Google that actually showed me the word defined that 'a person even in a hectic and confused position would stay relaxed , do not panic and do not react by strong emotions'. I found this word to be very much a motivation to me. Yes, life gets to show us a lot but in every scene if we learn to handle them calmly we might get a result very soon than we expect. One must learn to handle the emotions and use them only when necessary. There will always be a fight between our mind and heart. Both will speak for our goodness. In that way we should know to combine their thoughts and proceed in such a way that it doesn't show out how we handle situations.
