A brave soul 🥺🥹

First I have to thank my friend Samitha for bringing this news to me today which I unfortunately missed before and fortunately got to know today because of her. The news that shook Kerala. The accident which took a small soul to Heaven. 


It was around February 5, is what the media provides us the data, a family consisting, mother, father, a 10 month old girl baby and her grandparents were on travel by car. Tragically their vehicle collided with another vehicle leading to a major accident. The elders were out with minor injuries but the baby met with a severe one and she was admitted in a private hospital immediately. Later,  itseems she was shifted to another hospital and there doctors have declared brain dead. Amidst their loss of their lovely daughter, the parents decided to donate their child's organs. Her kidneys, liver, heart valve and corneas were donated which gave life to 5 other people. This child has made the lives of those people colourful. Not only to those people but also to their families and filled their heart with faith and hope. 


After hearing the news from my friend, I saw the footages of the little angel's last rites and what actually happened. My heart was pounding when I saw a small coffin  bed on which the child was sleeping peacefully after fulfilling her duty. She may be a young one but actually has the oldest heart as she gave future to five other people. Humanity prevailed through this act. This little, beautiful soul, came from God with a good purpose, fulfilled it and left the world by making her parents proud even at the sad moment. 

A child she was, who has not even started to look the world properly but now made the world look to her. A great salute to her parents for their noble decision by keeping their griefs inside. Hope God gives them the strength and power. 


On one side I feel like shedding happy tears for their noble act and the Angel who helped people to survive. She not only helped others, she saved her family by taking pains into herself and also taught a very important lesson to all of us that is humanity. On the other hand, I feel sad for her family who has to lead their life with this tragic mark and seeing that small coffin box was even more sadder. Is this a right age for her to be sleeping on a such platform. 😔😔


May her soul rest in peace🙏🙏 and soon reach the hands of God because she not only became a lovable soul to the world but also to God.

Lamp lights in the home 🪔

 My home was actually bright with the presence of lamps. 'Diya' or 'vilakku' , we commonly call it. This practice of lighting the diyas in the home is something I encountered from my childhood. How as children we used to enjoy the diwali, this was also one of the common festival celebrated. We call it Karthigai deepam . It's true that we don't get an holiday for this festival but still this brings us a feel of joy while we light the lamp inside our home. I still wonder why this festival is celebrated because like how there are stories for celebrating diwali according to Hindu mythology, there must be a story for this festival too but I have no idea on what is the story because my mind was completely concentrating on lighting the lamp and safeguarding it from the wind. Jilebi dilemma 🫠

 Today I was looking into cooking videos in YouTube. My friend would often tell that once she had only foodie videos suggested on her Instagram because I was watching it for few minutes. You all know how Instagram reels work, right! I like watching foodie videos and there is temptation created when you see the dish getting prepared and that will on one side enhance your hunger and on other hand will also feel a satisfaction. So today I was watching it as usual and one reel on my suggestion was one woman making a sweet and this reminded me of making jilebi for diwali. You know its actually not very easy to make jilebi. You need all scribbling skills to bring out a perfect tangled sweet and it will look awesome, seriously.  I actually kept this title for different purpose but I was diverted to food because you know i like food.
