The word of the day.

Resilience - This is the word of the day. The exact definition of this word that Google suggests to me is 'the ability to return or recover from difficulties or toughness'. An interesting word that I got to see today because whatever may come, at the end of the day we have to sit for minutes and think for ourselves and decide on for tomorrow. There is no point in sitting and worrying about the things that have already occurred. It is our responsibility to try to solve the toughness and for that we have to be resilient.

It is actually necessary for some sorrows and some fights to be worried about as it may have the weightage to be given importance. It is fine to sit, think and worry about the issue, cry over it and let go of our emotions by spending time on it but we should know when to stop them. Worrying over things can help to let our emotions out without disturbing our mind but the come back to our normality is where lies our real strength. We are the ones who could solve the created problem in an effective way. We are the one who could motivate ourselves and be a resilient person. Being resilient is not something that shows our incapacity of reciprocating. Being resilient is our capacity to show that we could face any difficulties and nothing could break us. This saying is very much common right, 'action speaks more than words'. Resilience is our action to show that we are there for ourselves and we stand tall no matter what comes. Only at the times of difficulties, we understand ourselves and stand up for ourselves which is very much needed for an individual.

Fights between friends are very much needed in order to show how strong we are and how strong is our bond too. This resilience is very much necessary between friends because whatever fights that we have, we come back to the same person throwing away all the worries because that is the only place where we could show our anger and pour out our emotions. There we are bending but not breaking and not being broken also. It is true that friendship is the one factor which actually teaches us resilience. Not only that, friendship is the bond which teaches many in life.

My one of way of interpreting the word resilience.
