Dhurandhar: The revenge, movie that I watched just before my exams. It's the sequel to Dhurandhar. A banger movie, worth watching in theatres with a runtime of 3 hours 49 minutes. It cannot be called as a second part but a continuation. 

The movie was originally planned for 7 hours and has been divided into two sets for cinema purposes. When I saw the first part , I really regretted it for not watching it in the theatre. Such an extraordinary script writing with perfect screenplay and cinematography and you would definitely experience a power packed performance from each and every character that was carefully casted. Another brave attempt from the Bollywood industry. 

It is an Aditya Dhar movie, the roles were played by Ranvir Singh, Sara Arjun, Akshay kanna, Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, Sanjay dutt and many others. Music is by Shashwat sachdev. 

The story revolves around an undercover agent who is sent to the assailants of another nation in order to put an end to their plans that were laid by the formers to destroy the nation that protoganist belonged to, disrupt the peace of the nation's common people and make the it submissive to them.  The second part of the film shows how this agent who initially was a military trainee but ended up with life time imprisonment in the act of avenging that he proceeded for the torments and the loss that his family encountered, was brought into this big, dangerous and self - sacrificing project in order to save his nation from being colonised and destroyed again by the assailants and whether the protagonist finishes the given duty and returns back is the end of the film. 

One interesting thing I liked about the screenplay is about how this movie was segmented into chapters in both the parts, like a novel with chapters. The screenplay replicated a researched mind along with the director's passion of film making and cinematography did not fail to bring out the required emotions. This movie also showed the extraordinary taste of music of the director, such was the effect of music and Bgm for the movie. 

Actors are another remarkable support to the movie who put their extraordinary capability into the movie to make it a grand success. They maintained their role throughout the movie that makes us remember only them. To add on, another important person who is to be appreciated was the stunt masters and fight scene related people without whom that goosebumps moment wouldn't have been created for such a masterpiece. 

Everyone, the cast and the crew perfectly understood Aditya Dhar 's project. 

The runtime was not very much concerning for me personally because I felt it was very much needed and it was neither boring nor gave a long film feeling while I was watching. 

The review for the film had one part saying it was a propaganda film. I saw it as a film that spoke true events, sufferings, patriotism and the history. 

The movie actually made clear stance through it's impacting dialogues on against whom the fight was waged which will affect both the nations common people. 

A movie with history, truth, twists, emotion, love, loyalty, intelligence , bravery and patriotism. Overall the movie is a blaster and I would say a must watch theatre material.
