Small habits help at greater level.
Very small habits that we follow will have greater influences on our character and practices. When we wake up early in the morning we can find ourselves being fresh and active throughout the day. When we walk daily for certain kilometres we sweat a lot which helps to control our sugar and burn more calories which keeps us fit and healthy. Daily meditation for 10 minutes will calm our mind and feel a stress free lifestyle. Small habits like these will help us in the long run. We tend to focus on the long run while failing to cherish these small necessary habits which basically helps for the longer one. In simple terms, we forget to spend a few minutes for ourselves which later makes us forget ourselves and our priorities.
Concentrating on small habits is actually a better way to develop and succeed in our life. When we plan a thing we automatically have a clear and larger idea on the thing similarly when we plan our daily life we basically plan for our future goals and know which to be prioritised on first hand and which should be given the next importance. In that we may give concentration too on every aspect that is for us.
